Just wondering if anyone else has had similar situations. I’ve been interviewing at a ton of places and with any reputable company I have been interviewing with it seems as if there is a minimum of 4 interviews which is insane. Furthermore I have had several companies tell me that I am a shoe in for the position and then they will just ghost me. Last part of the rant is that it seems like every employer is very disrespectful of my time like they will tell me they need me for an interview with either 30 minute notice or no notice and then just won’t let me know anything until they call me for the next interview
