All of a sudden after COVID, unless I'm just wrong, there seems to have been a tone change in how a ton of employers are communicating and treating employees, beyond just the push for RTO. The best way I have to summarize it is it feels like many employers are trying to crack down on anything that challenges the rigid structure of American corporatism.
If this is truly the case, why is this? And more importantly, is there anything a worker can passively (or actively) do to deal with this tone change?
