So I work in kitchens (in texas) and sometimes there is just nowhere to fit in a lunch break between prep, service, closing and other responsibilities. This has been something i have accepted and am ok with. However, I have noticed that my boss takes 30 minutes off of my day no matter what if I go over 6 Hours for the day. As it turns out shes been doing this for every employee for months now. I have tried go get my coworkers to get her to type it out or someone to record her saying shes doing it. I have a recording now and was just wondering what i would realistically be able to do since this is a large private company with 65 locations across the states.
