So I have a habit to call in atleast once or twice a month. Whenever I wake up I have to calm down and tell myself its for my own good to even show up. When i get to work and are about 3 hours in I just stare at my phone clock all day bored out of my mind, why do I have to fight against myself to even show up. Is there something wrong with me? I do hate my current job but I'm not sure how to get into a new field. (I have been working construction the past 5 or 6 years) is there any advice you all can give me to help make that morning before work more bareable?
