Is it normal that the work doctor simply crossed out the diagnosis part?

I asked her why it's crossed out. She said it's due to GDPR, she doesn't write the diagnosis. I feel like it would seem like she's saying I took sick leave for nothing. So I said I don't mind, she can write the diagnosis.
