Is it time to boycott companies who are forcing RTO?

https://fortune.com/2023/10/20/amazon-return-to-office-mandate-manager-guidelines/ just saw this article about Amazon sacking workers who don't come to the office 3 days a week. So many other companies are trying to put the corporate boot back on the necks of their workers, regardless of whether they were hired as remote employees or not. There are so many well documented reasons for everyone who can to work from home, I'm sure you don't need me to go into them. And the corporate line of “in-person synergy” is just more of the same garbage doublespeak. If we aren't going to get more workers unions going, least we can do is a concerted boycott. Just curious if one is organizing already and how can we all stay in the loop?
