So quick rant: I have been working at this retail job for about a year and 4 months. Recently I have been getting kind of irritated about how one or two individuals who were hired 4 months after me have been getting trained before me at certain jobs.
At my job, you start at fitting room, then tagging/ringing, then sorting through clothes (I work at a consignment store). I was trained how to sort first but then as of the last month the two people who were hired months after me have been doing the job I was trained for previously.
I was wondering if it is worth the effort to bring it up with my manager or if I shouldn’t bother because I will be graduating from nursing school in 1.5 years and will quit the retail job once I graduate. Thoughts?
