So as the title says is it? So background I am currently occupying a job as a punch press operator which I absolutely hate but am only doing for the money to get through school. Money isn't the problem anymore but I was going to keep working through the year to build some money up. However, it's been a large quantity of small things that have kinda driven me over the cliff making me not want to come back ever! My coworkers all suck, I seem to get stuck with the blame for every little thing, my boss is just happy to let it be that way and today he came up to me after something like that happened and he's like “well I'm not going to fire you over this but that's messed up.” And it's just a lot of small little things like that that have build up that last one happening today and driving me off the proverbial cliff. Finding a new job wouldn't be an issue at all I could literally walk out my door and have one by me so, would it be wrong of me to do so?
