Is it wrong to be annoyed you don’t have work to do?

I made a post yesterday too about the work environment I'm in. It's been a week here and there's very little work to do. Last week I was given some training which basically meant I had to go through the kind of work we're expected to do and then do a test exercise. I did that and got feedback on it too. During this time my coworkers who have been here for 6 months did 2 assignments which took one day and a half, so the rest of the 5 days they just sat around and played games on their phone or went out to eat.
