My company has opened nominations for our yearly 'best employee' award. Looking at the “requirements”, I've checked all the boxes. Is it wrong to nominate myself? (I can submit anonymously)
Addt'l info: We are a sub-400 sized company; everyone is salary. AFAIK, there is no monetary reward for earning this; just a nice feather in your cap.
Thanks! (P.S. If it is wrong to nominate myself, should I instead send my bullet-points to my manager in hopes that she nominates me?)
