I honestly am just curious. I hate this job so much I actually want to be fired just to get severance. I hope it’s the only thing I get out of this soul sucking job. I’ve been wanting to quit for two years now but I keep putting it off because I loved this job initially. Now I can’t stand working at this childcare place.
I wake up every weekday morning with a racing heart and nausea. I can’t stand working with kids anymore because of my boss.
Lately, my role for lesson planning was given to someone else and I just do staff appreciation now. Cool, don’t have to work as much. But now my boss wants to meet every week to go over things and this is after me telling. I have a suspicion I’m close to being fired but at the same time I just want to get it over with and quit. But sadly I can’t because my car is in the shop. Is my boss trying to quietly fire me?
