My shift starts at 8 and my manager requires from me to come to work at least 20 minutes early and start working right off the bat, mind you I always come 10 minutes early to every job including this one. Now where Im pissed off about this whole situation is I wasnt even told on the job interview that I would need to be this early which is fine because I would know beforehand and not agree to that. And now after 2 weeks of getting used to this new job and having to learn everything from scratch Im going to quit becuase my supervisor doesnt understand my point of view and we cant agree, am i wrong?
