I just wanna have a normal interview with a manager. I don’t want a pre-screening interview with some job recruiter that’s in another time zone, and will more than likely be late with any phone call that we would’ve scheduled.
I just dealt with one who lived two hours ahead of me, called me 45 minutes late, and I couldn’t talk to her because I was no longer at my lunch break. So this lovely person decided that because I couldn’t answer the phone, I am no longer considered for the position. I’m about to go to the business I applied to and rat out the recruiter for wasting my time like that.
