This guy has worked here for a little over a month and he does absolutely nothing. Him and my coworker call out all of the time and he has only requested ME to give him a doctors note. I just called out last night after my shift(requesting off the 17-19 {doctors approval}) and my doctor note states that I come back on the NINETEENTH. He texts me this and he knows I’m 19 and live alone and have bills to pay. Im quite literally the ONLY engineer who does any work here. (I start A WAY better job on Oct. 9 because of this) I just want advice and possibly your input on how you feel about this. He’s the one covering my shift for two more days (so a total of 3 shifts). This guy also claimed that I need to come to work when I’m sick and that covid isn’t real… (yes I have those text too).
