Hi all, I received this email in regards to discussing compensation and raises with coworkers, as we discovered the pay for near equal experience is not equal, and raises are seemingly not actually tied to performance. Can I or should I do anything about this?
I also have a massively large can of worms (emails) regarding harassment/hostile work environment in regards to a protected right (pumping at work), discrimination from manager regarding this, then retaliation for reporting the discrimination.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
