I've been in the help desk for a long time and should know the answer to this question. If you are working with an end user and a VIP comes in, what do you do? I said I would try to handle both. The proper answer is the VIP comes first. I know this. I've done hundreds of interviews. I should know this but I fucked that up. Can't figure out why?
