I noticed companies that I’ve been previously employed by prior to the pandemic, lowering their starting salaries. A job that started at 40k, starting at 36k I believe. It’s un-fucking-believable that companies would shave even a dollar off their salaries we’ve been dealing with creeping inflation since 2022. CEOs deserve to be raged upon when they’re in public the way PETA used to do celebrities. What industries or companies have you noticed this in? I’ve seen it in sales / customer service
