IT jobs that require little work

Hiya. Used to work from home and got away with working fairly little. I'm currently working on premise again and I kinda hate it. The amount of work that is done “cause its what the customer wants” with 0 logical thought on why the product is sold like this or whether it'll work long term is insane. And it's irrelevant if I put in effort, both my high achiever and lazy colleagues who sleep during work most of the time make similar money to one another (and me despite being fairly new) As such I'd like to follow my passions on the side again and work a cushy home office it job again. What areas of IT allow for a lot of idle time? Would love to find a job with little to do, even if it pays less, better for my sanity, doubly so if it can br easily…

As such I'd like to follow my passions on the side again and work a cushy home office it job again. What areas of IT allow for a lot of idle time? Would love to find a job with little to do, even if it pays less, better for my sanity, doubly so if it can br easily automated but noone gets how in that field and often can be done part time (32 or 30hrs)
