It’s pretty hot

So I work in a parts shop as a tig/mig welder and today it got up to 94°F inside while its about 83°F outside. Our shop has limited air flow and no ac despite the duct work on the ceiling already being in place in the building. My question is, are there any osha regulations ect. regarding controlling the heat indoors for a factory/warehouse setting that I could show the higher ups anonymously cause this is getting a bit ridiculous especially in an age when ac has been around for almost 80+ years.
