It’s that time of the year for the “completely voluntary” charity donation campaign!

Every year the company has a charity donation campaign and all the company wide emails say how “completely voluntary” it is. But of course, it’s not. The regional boss constantly sends updates on how many of the team has donated and why our region should be getting to 100% donation before all the other regions do. “Currently 60% of the team has donated, if you haven’t donated yet, get your donation in FAST!!!” It is a good charity and a good cause but I don’t like being old donating is completely voluntary when it’s not.
