I work for a Hilton and Marriott in banquets. I read other people's posts in different states and said hotels pay more there but not here. Hilton pays us $21 an hour (.50 cents raise every six months) and no gratuity/tips. The Marriott I am at pays $15.50 + gratuity but gratuity is like $3-4 dollars especially after so many new servers got hired. Amazes me how these brands pay so low when guests spend so much money.
