To start it was my failt not knowing that last years AL was mov3d to this year (but this years cant move to the next). I found out i have 20 days of AL.
I am the only employee on this position and need to be in the office. I dont wanna loose it. Talked to my manager and explained my situation. They said that they will try to accommodate if possible but im pessimistic as its full working season and there is no one to back me up and do my work. I don't wanna loose it. Is there some regulation or way to get some now and move some next year? I would like to take it now, but thats almost a month or so of leave…
