I’ve decided that I’m finally done…

I (FtM21) found a new job not even 25 days ago and i’ve already been fired. The reason I was fired is because I ‘didn’t fit the vibe’ and that my anxiety was ‘a problem’. First of all idek what ‘doesn’t fit the vibe’ means but i digress.. I actually felt the need to disclose to my boss that I had an anxiety disorder and bpd (borderline personality disorder). She told me to my face that it was no problem and she’s glad that she has a ‘diverse’ team. I mentioned that it will take a little bit more time to fall into my role because of my anxiety disorder and being uncomfortable around certain people. I live in Ontario (Canada) and it’s illegal to discriminate against disabled and other people in hiring practices. However, your employer can fire you for those reasons like being trans or disabled after you’ve been hired. That’s totally legal and normal. I don’t know how to deal with this anymore. I’m actually super fucking done with trying to find a job/employer who isn’t ableist.

Does anyone have any advice for me going forward?

Thanks..
