I've been in my current role for 6 months. Though I like my team and some aspects of the job, there's too many things that I don't like. Several other team members are in the same position as me also. I've got a 6 monthly review coming up in a few days. Should I be honest and tell them I'm looking elsewhere, or keep it to myself? I don't think there's really anything they can do to stop me looking, but I think they need to know that there are problems. Any thoughts?
