So I have an interview on my lunch break for a management position at a healthcare type facility. It’s connecting people with caregivers. I’ve always been a customer service rep & I just feel like I’ve outgrown this position. I’m currently working in DME & the way my boss favors people & doesn’t really hear me when I speak to him just has me out seeing what else is available.. (a lot has gone on but that’s another rant).. so basically I’m trying to see what are things interviewers are looking to hear from someone applying to be a manager without management experience. I will be telling them how every time my job is left without a manager I am the person asked to take over the role but does anyone have any advice on key words or anything that may help me out ? I’m ready for more! I’m not learning anything or stimulating my mind as a CSR anymore. Interview is today in about an hour via teams.
