Found out my current employer interviewed what was to be my replacement but the candidate fell through. One of my reports told me about it the next day so I started job searching. I’ve been offered a GM position at a competitor don’t think I’m going to give notice. I’ve always liked my boss and fellow employees but company’s don’t care about their workers I’ve never received a write up or a action plan anything to signal them being unhappy with my performance. Just goes to show you at the end of the day you just have to look out for yourself it’s sad it has to be like this.
