So my job is updating our attendance policy starting 11/1 to state that anything outside of our two 15 minute breaks we get, we have to clock out for. I have record of them saying this includes if we go to the bathroom for any amount of time. I work for a remote call center. They mainly run on CT time. Not sure if that matters though because they hire in my state. Is this even legal? What can I do?
