I got injured at this job a while back and reported it to my managers. After a few months, I still have symptoms and am receiving specialist treatment.
I submitted a medical accommodations document signed by my doctor which was provided by the company, including a scanned document of my specialist physical therapy schedule. I indicated when the accommodations should start and end. They were very simple requests; no lifting no pushing for some time. The request disappeared, and I think they denied it. How do I approach this?
