Hate em lol. They obviously only do them so they don't have to give you Employment Insurance or any of their benefits. They have you sign a contract so you can't complain but they have high turnover for a reason. They don't want to actually hire people long-term.
I was working this summer at a school as an English teacher (English as a second language) and only lasted two months. Fired for no reason. Mind you this school had a TON of parties for the students, some in the middle of the week, and then be shocked a bunch wouldn't come to class the next day.
Anybody else find that frustrating? Especially a job like that where you genuinely want to help people learn a language. And as I'm searching for others, I get the feeling these companies are the same.
