I know a lot of people are struggling now, staying at their job, struggling to find a job. Frustrating at their current.
Is 5 pto days off a year normal? For a new position? It just seems extra low in this year, economy. No sick time mentioned. Just 5 pto. No benefits, no 401k, no stock.
Really second guessing this job offer.
Had to negotiate to be a w2 at $21 / hour. They wanted to pay $21/ as a 1099. Basically had to really push for the w2 employment. Feel like I want to pass.
