Long time lurker first time post here I go.
So I run a kitchen in a rather busy tourist town. I came into work today and in my first 10 minutes the GM (I must add is very removed from the restaurant I am at) immediately begins screaming her problems of the day at me. I interrupted her to ask what these things had to do with me and was met with “nothing!” So I asked why she was yelling at me to which she screamed repeatedly “I’m not yelling at you!” I work on average 60 hours a week and really just don’t think anyone should be spoken to like that.
