Just ‘colleague things’?

I've been working shifts at a chemical plant for 22+ years now. Some things that my colleagues do and say are somewhat weird or sometimes even scary to me. I have no idea what's okay and what isn't anymore. Could use some input here. My colleagues like to smell each other's farts. They'll walk over to another colleague, fart, and judge the smell together. They don't do it when women are around, though. Another colleague keeps talking about wanting to shoot jews and blacks while a few others cheer him on. One colleague cornered me in the break room to tell me that I'm not allowed to adopt kids because that is unnatural after he found out I'm gay. I've never talked about any of that before at work and have no intention to adopt, so that was a bit out of the blue. Another one thought I wasn't allowed…

One colleague cornered me in the break room to tell me that I'm not allowed to adopt kids because that is unnatural after he found out I'm gay. I've never talked about any of that before at work and have no intention to adopt, so that was a bit out of the blue. Another one thought I wasn't allowed to shower in the same room as them for some reason.

In a previous department, people would regularly be tied to a handrail and hosed down with cold water, or just be tied up with duct tape and left on the ground for half an hour or so. This also happened to me a few times and eventually made me switch departments. I'm claustrophobic and can't handle that sort of thing very well.

Some colleagues went out to steal bikes during a nightshift. They'd then spray paint them. I think they use them to ride to the parking lot at work.

A colleague commited suicide and my boss said that that person was an egocentric loser and a weakling for killing himself at work. There were colleagues that had lethal or serious accidents before, but this particular comment just seems so off.

All of that combined gave me depression (diagnosed and medicated) and I feel like I have no idea what's acceptable and what isn't anymore. Also need meds to be able to sleep at all nowadays. I like the actual work itself (pipes, pumps, tanks, chemical reactions).
