Got PIP-ed yesterday. It's all BS – the org is struggling financially and looking to make excuses to cut. They set a timeframe for within 30 days to follow up. In your experience, is making it through that whole 30 / whatever timeframe is set standard? Are people more often cut loose before time is up?
I saw the writing on the wall that they were doing poorly and have another job lined up, it just won't start until after the Holidays and I was hoping to not have as much of a paycheck gap. TIA for any feedback on your experiences!
