Have a lot of experience as a shift leader but have never been a chief decision maker before for a whole store. My boss/mentor has been and will continue to be really helpful in training me. truly believe he has my back and wants me to succeed and is a great guy.
One of my main concerns is creating a non toxic yet hard working and efficient environment for my fellow team members. I also have social anxiety and am always worried people will not like me.
I feel like this sub would be great for some advice! Any tips, comments, concerns, or pizza time memes are encouraged and appreciated
