I started training a few weeks ago as a cab dispatch operator at a locally owned company. The training was super confusing and done half arsed, they use and outdated database system, you have to answer calls and dispatch to drivers at the same time, when the owner and other employees would be floating around the office chit chatting, which made it super distracting trying to focus on the task at hand. As much as it sucks to get fired…I have to say…I am super relieved that I don't have to go in there anylonger..I was a super stressful job. I would have left anyhow, whenever I recieved a better paying job offer, so perhaps there is a reason for all of this happening. Onwards and Upwards!
