Yep, last week I got a nasty text message saying I didn't lock up before the weekend. Well get this, the owner himself took the open sign down and locked the door while I was closing the till. Since I know his wife is an asshole camera watcher I always go behind him just in case to make sure the door is locked.
I went over to the door and pushed and pulled to guarantee it was locked. The owners wife said she saw me do that but because I didn't check and TURN THE LOCK I didn't lock it properly.
But get this!! The owner came in over the weekend and he is old like 60s so I'm assuming he forgot he unlocked the door and just assumed it was me.
So now I'm written up for my owners mistake even though I know the door was locked when I left.
Looking for another job as I type this because it's getting worse as I work there. The camera watcher wife keeps spying on me all day watching my every move. It's an invasion of privacy and I'm worth more than that bullshit.
