My boss just embarrassed me in front of the whole team by blaming me for my teams performance, after I let him know I wasn’t feeling well that day and headed home. I already resigned from this position and the last 2 weeks (hr corrected to 1.5 weeks in their email which isn’t true) are going by so slowly I don’t even want to go back to this insane high turnover micromanaging office, in which I don’t even know who my supervisor is, it switched like 4 times. I’m glad I’m getting out but I don’t think I can work even a few more days it feels like torture.
