I just wanted to put it out there how jealous I am of y’all giving only two weeks notice or even no notice at all before quitting.
Where I’m from, it’s legally required to give 10/20/30+ days of notice, depending on how long you’ve worked there. For example, when I left my last job that I worked at around 2 and a half years, it was mandatory for me to give at least a 20-day notice. Even then, due to my boss’ manipulating it took me as long as 3 months to actually quit.
It amazes me how different the laws can be across countries. Curious to learn about the laws and how it’s done in other countries as well!
