I don't know if it's the right sub, but figured you'd enjoy the shit show my employer is facing.
After exploiting me for two years (apprenticeship) and several others. It's finally happened, and here's the list :
- fruits and veggies section's manager is leaving in a few days;
- Two cashiers are leaving;
- Deli's manager looking to leave;
- Normal employee looking to leave;
- Another employee retiring;
As for my section (liquids) it's the biggest of them : My contract is up at the end of the month, one of the two cashiers was supposed to replace me but he's leaving, my employer didn't even try recruiting some reinforcement for summer period, despite knowing for over a year that I ain't staying, and my colleague is looking to leave as well (already had interviews), which would leave our supervisor (who doesn't do shit) alone to do the work of 4-5 people.
