Keep getting messaged 5-10 minutes before the end of my shift

I'm a salaried employee, my expected hours are 8-4. My supervisor and manager have both straight up said “no” when I asked to revisit my compensation about 6 months ago. I constantly get bombarded by Teams messages during my day which pulls me away from other priorities. Everything is an emergency because some team is doing testing and needs something implemented right away. I stayed 1.5-2 hours late every day last week. I am getting sick of putting in extra time, basically, for free. How do I tell people my hours are 8-4, this is not an emergency and can wait until tomorrow? I feel like if I do this, they will go complaining to my boss who will use it as an excuse to discipline me. Sorry but I have stuff to do after work. I have already told a couple people I have a hard cutoff at 4pm…

I feel like if I do this, they will go complaining to my boss who will use it as an excuse to discipline me. Sorry but I have stuff to do after work. I have already told a couple people I have a hard cutoff at 4pm because I have an appointment that would be a huge hassle to reschedule.

I have a different position lined up in another department which will start in around 3 months. The pay in that area is better, for far easier work. Should I just put up with it until then?
