Labor Day is mostly a day for upper management

I've never had labor day off, but I've noticed that all of my bosses did. The ones that don't really do any actual work. It's annoying how it's supposed to be a day of gratitude towards the working class, but instead the holiday has been warped into a day for management to take the day off. Just wanted to point that out
