I work in an office where the highest authority person has a very close relationship with this woman. I’ve considered to report this to HR but I don’t know if I should. I don’t have concrete evidence but it’s very obvious. They go into his office and have these meetings behind closed doors. People talk and it’s a very well known rumor: everyone knows of their relationship. And pretty much everybody dislikes bc she has received benefits from having this relationship with him. I don’t know how much HR knows about them. I don’t know of this is against policy, can it be acceptable by any standard?
