Unemployed and no motivation to work. I am exhausted. I have received job offers for greater pay than I’ve made in the past and there doesn’t seem to be any amount of pay that motivates me to want to get back to the work force.
I know that most of us don’t have a choice but I’d rather be broke and living on the edge financially than put myself through the torture of 9-5 and all the daily anxiety that comes along with it.
I know others have been feeling the same way – there was a time I took pride in my work and felt proud of what I do. It is all out the window. Even if it’s a company offering decent benefits & pay.
What is wrong with me?
