Not me, but my friend. Title pretty much summed up the issue. She was laid off and her WFH job sent her position to india because they’re evil. She was promised 2 weeks severance ONLY if she stayed on until September and trained the team of 9 people to do her job. She did and was told not to interview until after her end date. Well she just got her severance and it was less than $200. She was making well I’ve that amount even after taxes. What recourse can she do to fight this?
