So today is my last full 8 hour shift with the company I work for… they have an exit interview and I’m pretty sure they’re doing mine today. Now this company always says how they care for their workers and the problems they face… now do I just tell them why the department I’m in will never have reliable people because of the company and my boss or do I say fuck it and just open up my true feeling about the company??🤷️ we’ll just see how it goes I guess…
