So where I work a lot of people are being laid off and contracts not being renewed.
Instead of taking that as a sign they should self care they are losing their shit to get work done by me prior to leaving.
I will give you advice: quit caring.
It’s not your responsibility anymore. It’s your manager or their designated person.
I’m not gonna hustle to get this done because you are leaving. Yes I understand the next person will have a different vision and want their name on it.
So there is no prioritization for me to put you ahead.
