Lead by example is so easy even higher ups don’t do it!

I'm in middle management and everyone from my director up to the VPs and even the CEO implement changes and processes but don't follow them. A small instance is requiring cameras on for all zoom meetings. First meeting this is now mandatory, the CEO and two of my VPs don't have their cameras on. So I am not going to do it either. If higher ups don't follow their own rules then why should I? This is a reminder to do the bare minimum, don't let your bosses berate you and treat them the way they treat you-give no thanks, no appreciation and no recognition for efforts. Better yet, leave the job (I'm looking but damn the job market rn)
