I work at the restaurant with the illiterate cows.
I take very long poops. Sometimes I can be stuck on the commode for 15-20 minutes. None of this is intentional and it is a well known issue, yet team leads will not get off my ass about taking too long to shit.
I'm not on my phone in there, it's just in my pocket because I need it to check my blood sugar (T1 diabetic). Recently team leads have told me A) I need to leave my phone on the managers' desk when I go to the restroom, B) I need to clock out if I expect to be in the restroom for more than 15 minutes, and C) a bowl movement should mention take more than 5 minutes.
Just today I was hassled for having to shit for 7 minutes. I'm about to call the NLRB. Should I?
