For people that have left high paying jobs due to a toxic environment and general dread, do you regret it. I find myself in the highest paying job I've ever had and is easily the most I will ever make in my field especially considering my low workload and the fact that I don't have a college degree. However, the environment is extremely toxic, the work is unfulfilling and I just dread having to go there five days a week. I would like to quit but I will never be be able to find a job that even comes close to what I currently get paid.
