I'm switching industries.
I had this manager for a while and he has no humanity in him. Sees you as a machine and micromanages you. One time I got a life threat from someone outside of work and told him about it, he just said ok but we have files that we need to package and work on.
On Friday I left work for a couple hours for a personal issue, and told him when I was gonna be back. Then he proceeded to ask another boss is it worth it for me to come back if it's slow, and that if I wanna get paid I should just come back. And I said if you don't want me to come back I don't have to.
While I was out I ran into a parked car while trying to park because I was thinking how annoying this manager is. I called and asked if I should go back to work and help, but it might be inconvenient because I kinda got into a car accident. He ignored what I said about the car accident and said you can come back if you want to.
Now I have to pay $500 deductibles to get my car repaired. But honestly its just chipped paint so I wonder if there are cheaper options out there.
Honestly this is more like a vent. There's a lot of people you meet in life but this kind of people is certainly the type I wish I have never met.
